We are pleased to announce the official launch of our newly developed RF-SC Automatic Rinse-Free Shower Cap Production Line. This machine is specially designed for mass automatic manufacturing of disposable rinse-free shampoo shower caps, integrating non-woven feeding, quantitative liquid filling, C-fold & half folding and product forming in one complete workflow. It helps manufacturers of disposable bathroom consumables achieve stable and high-volume production.

Key Advantages

The RF-SC line produces rinse-free shampoo caps with outer diameter 25–30cm and inner opening diameter of 10.0±0.5cm. The liquid filling volume ranges from 80g to 250g, with filling accuracy ±3%. Adopting hygienic grade magnetic liquid pump for volumetric filling, it ensures consistent liquid dosage for every finished product.

The maximum production capacity reaches 40 pcs per minute. It adopts one working + one standby hopper with auto-switch function, storage capacity up to 300 pcs to reduce downtime for material refilling. The total power is 9kW with power supply AC380V 50/60Hz, air source requirement: 0.6–0.8Mpa, 350L/min, compatible with factory conditions in most countries.

Modular upgrades and optional online configurations are available. You can upgrade tank capacity or liquid contact material. Optional attachments include date coding machine, web guiding system, metal detector, visual inspection system, automatic case-packer and palletizing machine. Customers can select components freely according to production scale and quality control requirements, realizing flexible upgrade from basic production to fully automatic unmanned production line.

Overall dimension: 17100×2300×2100mm, machine weight 5000kg with robust mechanical structure. This production line greatly cuts manual labor, improves product uniformity and reduces manufacturing cost. It is an ideal automation solution for disposable rinse-free shower caps, SPA hair treatment caps and similar disposable hygiene products.
