We are glad to launch our brand-new RF-TB Flushable Toilet Brush Head Production Line. This automatic production line is designed for manufacturing disposable flushable degradable toilet brush heads. It integrates non-woven feeding, stamping & cutting, double inner C-folding, and heat-seal packaging in one continuous workflow, supporting mass production of eco-friendly disposable bathroom cleaning consumables.

Key Advantages

This line uses flushable degradable non-woven fabric as raw material. Max nonwoven roll size: W220mm*2, Φ1200mm. Max film roll width W420mm, Φ360mm. It supports various heat-sealable packaging materials including PET/PE, BOPP, PET/AL/PE. Transparent labels, non-transparent labels and metal labels are optional.

Finished toilet brush head size: L50mm, W50mm, adjustable by stamping die. Packing dimension: L150–350mm, W80–120mm, H10–90mm. It adopts double inner C folding type, folding width 90–110mm.

The maximum production speed reaches 25 strokes per minute. Max blanking force for stamping & cutting is 350KN. Total power is 10kW with AC380V, 50/60Hz power supply. Air source requirement: 0.6–0.8Mpa. It fits factory utility conditions in most global markets. Overall dimension: 23000×3967×2100mm, machine weight 12000kg, with solid and stable mechanical structure.

Modular upgrades and optional online components are available. You may upgrade tank capacity and liquid contact materials. Optional attachments include date coding machine, visual inspection system, scrap removal & discharge, web guiding system, metal detector, product handling, automatic case-packer and palletizing machine. Customers can select modules freely and upgrade step-by-step to realize fully automatic production.

Products made by this machine are flushable and biodegradable, matching the global trend of environmental protection. It is an ideal automation solution for factories producing disposable flushable bathroom cleaning products.
